We realise potential in properties by taking the site through the planning process using the expertise of our professional team and investing our own funds to finance the process. If planning is granted, we help the acquisition of the site fully (the whole property) or partially (part of the back garden or garages) with a significant uplift in value compared to its original price prior to planning. We are only rewarded if planning is successful and will cover all expenses in case of a failed application.
